Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
As some VEYNE products are produced individually after an order is placed (print-on-demand), we kindly ask customers to carefully review sizes, colors, and product selections before completing their purchase in order to avoid unnecessary returns.
Returns and refunds are primarily offered in the following cases:
* damaged products
* manufacturing defects
* printing errors
* incorrect items received
* significant quality issues

Please include your order number and photos of the issue whenever possible.
Normal signs of use, minor color variations, or incorrectly selected sizes generally do not qualify for refunds or returns.
