§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the VEYNE online store in the version valid at the time of the order.

The seller and contractual partner is:

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.

The contract is only concluded once an order confirmation has been sent by e-mail or the goods have been shipped.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices shown are final prices.

If the small business regulation pursuant to § 19 German VAT Act (UStG) applies, no VAT will be shown separately.

The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

As some products are produced individually after the order has been placed, delivery times may vary.

Estimated delivery times are displayed within the online store.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of VEYNE until full payment has been received.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

Further details can be found in the separate withdrawal policy.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 8 Liability

VEYNE shall be fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, VEYNE shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

The limitations of liability do not apply in cases of injury to life, body or health.

§ 9 Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

VEYNE is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
